so more like 2 + 0.5 x level of spell (1=2.5(2=3(3=3.5)))?

No take away the slow increase leave it the same each level
Take away the AOE increase leave it the same each level
The targets make something like (1+(level of ability) for (trigering unit))

specs..
like ram, processor, graphic card, and so on..
go to Run and type in dxdiag then you can see your specs..

well if you look at the trigger, you can see it spawns 3 special effects at each point, maybe ill remove 2 of em, since you almost only are aviable to see the doom effect..
