Gain line of sight

What ability should I base this off of: I need a (hero)ability that increases your sight range permenatly.

There is a item ability that does that.

I think its called Goblin Nightscope or something.

Ah ok I found it, that was the name of the item the ability was ultravision. But I can't it has nothing, from waht I can see, to change. I need to change something so each level you gain more sight distance. I was thinking area effect but it is already at 0.

I think Ultravision effect is to avoid the night penalty over the unit range of sight.
I put my best effort in it, but didn't know exactly how to do what you want.
