You can't change a unit's model. You can only change a unit's animation. This will not make a unit look like another unit.

Edit: I believe the rules tell you to give your thread a name describing your problem and that attention-grabbers like "HELP ME" and "HELP PLZ" are not allowed.

You can't directly do it. But what you can do is give it a metamorphosis ability and force it to cast that, making the end unit identical in every way but looks.

You could replace the unit using a trigger. Just make the replacing unit have the same attributes and abilities.
