Greetings all,
My current map project is a TD Wars-type game. It is an epic-size map and therefore I changed the "default camera distance" values to a greater number, because otherwise you would only see half of your lane or less due to the standard SC2 camera (which is quite zoomed in imo).
Everything went fine, I worked on my triggers, units and towers, and all of the sudden while testing my map the following occured: "I couldn't hear any sound from the units, towers and even the construction of my towers due to the increased camera distance I have." So it was like playing a tower defense with a lot of towers killing units going on, but the only thing you could hear is the ambient background sound. So that was quite silent.
Now that you have heard my beautiful story-telling, my question is as following:
- Is there any location in the data-editor that you can change so that you DO hear sound at a higher camera distance? And yes, where may that be?
My best regards,
Nyrano
