lets say i hate the map i did, but i want to create a new map with the same triggers and units, a whole new map with new size and terrain...

Units you'd have to copy 1 by 1.

Triggers can all be thrown into a single folder which can then be copied over to your map with all the triggers obviously.

In your old map.

Object Editor -> File -> Export All Object Data
Trigger Editor -> File -> Export Triggers...

And in your new map.

Object Editor - > File -> Import All Object Data
Trigger Editor -> File -> Import Triggers...
