hero collects xp from ridiculous range

The title pretty much says it all, I haven't altered the gameplay constants for hero xp range but whenever my ally kills an enemy, from across the map, my hero gets xp.

Anyone know why that happens?

Isn't their something like Global Team Experience or something about Unlimited range or something.
Just double check your Gameplay Constants.

Check the following:
Hero Maximum XP Gain Range
Hero XP - Global Distribution ~ Make sure this is set to false, I think that defaultly it comes as True. I think this might be the problem.
Hero XP - Building Kills Grant XP

Check those and tell me if there is any difference.
