Hero Glow

This thread has probably been posted before but i really need some help.

could somebody give me a link to a model file for a Hero glow, i need this so i can place a hero glow on a non-hero unit.

also, once i have a model for a hero glow, how do i attach it to my unit? i know some people have said on other sites to just add it to a skill. but that would mean that the unit wouldn't have a glow until the player adds a point into that skill o.o

please help
