Are there ways to base the int, str, and agi of hero to increase spells and other abilities.
Example:
•Agility = Accuracy of projectile
the highers agility is the more accurate your shots are, if really low it can go in any outgoing direction 180 in front of unit (Shooting Bullets)
•Int = Mind Power
Increases abilty to react faster and increases chances of spells to work (Pickpocket, Trick, etc)
•Str = size
The larger you are the more health, but also slower you are
Is it possible?
How annoying would it be to create?
And is it worth it?

It would be possible but long.
For agi, you'd need your heroes to have artillery attack type (With attack ground)
For reaction time, you'd need multiple heroes each with different turn rates, animation cast points, etc.

Thus, it is probably not entirely worth it. It's a good idea to make stats change things, but don't make it too complicated either.
Chances for spells to fail is a good idea, more hp and slow for strenght too. Something a few rpg's use for agi is chance to perform a critical hit.

In short:
Code:
[COLOR="Red"]Strenght[/COLOR] - Each point increase your health points by 25 but decrease your move (and/or) attack speed by 0.5%

[COLOR="Lime"]Agility[/COLOR] - Each point increase your chance to perform a critical hit by 0.01%.
Each point increase the damage multiplier for critical hits by 1% ((100+AGI)%)

[COLOR="Blue"]Intelligence[/COLOR] - Each point increases your mana pool by 15
Each point decreases your chance for some spells to fail by 1%
