Care to explain more?
"unit a" uses shockwave, shockwave deals 25 damage to "unit b"
"unit b" uses shockwave and misses his target
"unit a" then goes to the shop and buys +damage, which will add 5 damage to shockwave
"unit b" goes to the shop and increases the size of the model/aoe for shockwave
"unit a" sends a shockwave out and now does 25+5 damage to "unit b"
"unit b" sends out a larger shockwave and does 25 damage to "unit a"
thats how i want my game to be(or based off of....)
