How do I make a dummy unit cast my custom spell??

Well i made this spell which would give the Learning unit a buff...and so i made a dummy to cast the spell on the unit...now the question is How do i make the dummy unit cast my custom spell?

Unit - Order <your dummy unit> to <dummy spell's order> <target>

Like that.

unit - issue order targgeting _____depend on your spell____

Choose the ability where you originally based it on.
