How do i update and view the version of my video card?

I have WoW and i can play it but its only 5 fps, is because i dont have enough ram but its also because i have an old video card. how do i see what kind of video card i have and where do i go to update it?

Well firstly, go Start>Run>dxdiag>video which should tell you your graphics card, then to update the software of the card, just go to the companies' site (Usually GeForce or Radeon) and search for software for that card there. But if you want to really have a big improvement I would recommend buying a new card totally which you can do at any computer store.
