How to pick Hero from a Building

Ok here is what i would like to happen.

#1.
-I need to spawn a hero from a building(done)
-I need it so that each player can only spawn 1 hero.
-Also when a player's hero that is spawned dies it can't be ressurected/ revived.
-Different players can have same hero.
-If the players hero does die they can get the same hero at lvl 1 or a different one.
-each hero will cost only gold (done)

how do i do these things.

Base it off a tavern in melee game.
Set it so that each player can only have one maximum hero via a trigger under the heroes section.
When a hero dies owned by a specific player, remove triggering unit:

Events-
A unit dies
Conditions-
Triggering unit is a hero equals to true

Actions-
If/then/else
If-
Hero level of triggering unit equals to one
Then-
Unit- remove triggering unit from the game
Else-
Unit- remove triggering unit from the game
Set number of heroes allowed for triggering player to 0

Something like that

this is all under object editor for the tavern right?

nevermind ic.

now how do i get it so i dont need a near by patron to get the hero to summon from the building?

This one is easier.

1. Find a tavern, or any building your going to use, set to Techtree - Units sold
Pick the unit you want the tavern to sells.

2. Make a triggers - Events - Map Init
Action - Hero - Set Hero per Player - 1

3. Events - A unit dies
Condition - (Boolean Comparison) (Triggering Units) is (a Hero) equal to True
Action - Remove (Triggering Unit) from game.

4. I don't know about this, but you can try making the stocks in tavern to 0 = Unlimited

5. You don't need to change anything.

6. Find your hero you want the tavern or any building to sells at Object Editor, Find the Stats - Lumber costs - Sets to 0 (you don't need lumber to buy it)

2 different triggers right?
since they both events?

OR
or do i make this into one trigger?
oh yeah i cant find Action - Hero - Set Hero per Player - 1

About the action, it was my bad.

actually it is..

Player - Limit training (hero)
finds it's there.. I forgot thou.. hehe srry xD
