I need help making a passive MUI ability

I'm trying to make a spell for my spellpack but i can't seem to make it, it's called "Mighty Swing", it gives a 10%/20%/30%/40% to knockback the current unit my hero is attacking and nearby units in front of my hero dealing 40/50/60/70 damage, isit possible to make this spell MUI using triggers?.

Knockback is very very (very) hard to make MUI using triggers.
You would have to JASS it.
