as your posting, go down to the bottom and you will see a tab thing labeled "additional options."

bellow that find the "manage attachments" button, and when u hit it, it will open a window in which you can upload files as attachments. if it is a picture file, it will show up as a thumbnail:

wow...theres alot of questions on this forum.....

There seems to be a problem in alot of forums where the people that really wanna be mods are the ones that have very few posts to there name and just try to bug the admins and mods into giving them reps.....and for those of you who have never been a mod...ill let you know it can be really annoying......

So leave them alone and when you deserve it you will be rewarded for your effort

When you are making a new thread, under Additional Options, there should be a "Post a Poll" box. If you can make polls in the forum you are posting in...

Well, that depends on how old the contest is, if someone just won you could congratulate him/her or whatever you want to say, but bumping up maybe a 3 week old contest, that is already finished is spamming (atleast in my eyes )

Reputation, as Cornface has said, if probably onbe of the best rewards one can offer, as people are addicted to it.

But, always mention thats it's about the fun and not the reward. People always seem to say "1 rep is crap!" and forget competitions are fo fun.

If the contest is good, I would offer to give rep to the person in first place. That way you can say it's 6, etc. As long as it's a good contest.
