Icons not displaying

When I apply an imported icon to an ability or item, it displays well. But it doesn't for some reason display the disabled version of the icon even if I had imported it as well. Instead, it displays a bright green box, clearly indicating an unknown icon. Does anyone have a conclusion for this?

Import the disabled icons to /disabledcommandbuttons/ instead of /commandbuttons/, I don;t have W3 here but I think that's how it should be.

Like Zealot said, and remember that the icon name itself (Like BTNStormbolt) has to be same as before, but with DISBTN instead of just BTN (DisabledCommandButtons\DISBTNStormBolt)

Is the disabled icon supposed to be:
DISBTNArcane_PortalDarnassus.blp ?

They work only when they could be used actively, but if its sold by a merchant with no valid nearby patrons, it displays the box. Also, as a Hero skill with a Hero with level not high enough, the box appears.

Are u sure the icon has an DISBTN file?

ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNArcane_PortalDarnassus.blp
Disable version:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNArcane_PortalDarnassus.blp

If it doesn't work then perhaps your disabled icon is corrupted since I've imported countless icons in many maps using this path and have never experienced any problems.

(What method did you use to convert your icon into a blp?)
