Is there another world editor..??

:banghead: Please somebody help me becaouse i have ...i think..an old world editor(warcraft 3).
I don't have import manager i saw on a tourtail image that that exist but i don't have IMPORT MANAGER!!! how to find it or better to say how to get it?? :banghead:

The Import Manager, and a couple other features, come with The Frozen Throne, the expansion.
