Hello, can anybody help me create this trigger?

Any.
At first, a hero buys AK-47. Once he earn money, he wants to buy m16/aks-74u but the rules is 1 hero can only obtain 1 item.... Whenever he buys it...the item will drop. Inorder to get the other items(m16/aks), he must sell the item he got(ak47).
Can anybody under this!!!?? please help me.
