Item Levels Help?

I'm trying to get it to make it so if I buy 2 level 1 of an item, it becomes a level 2, another level 1, to make it level 3, and another to make it level 4.

Can I get all 3 triggers to get this to work?
I think I have most of it, but the one to make the level 2 item is going off when it's not supposed to, and the level 4 one isn't working at all.

I've asked similar questions, but the triggers I've recieved don't work well with this...

post the trigger you already have...
sounds like a simple recipe problem...

take item 1 (level 1) and take item 2 (level 1), combine it to make item 3 (level 2 item)
take item 3 (level 2 item) and take item 1, or item 2 ( level 1 items) and make item 4 (level 4 item)... right?
