item's cooldown group

if an item has more than 1 ability, what cooldown group should be set? for example, let say a ring has endurance aura, critical strike, and +10 bonus damage. what cooldown group should i set for the item? does it matter?thanks.

is the abilities passive, or will it take effect only if you activate the item,

"more than one abilities" like you can use abilities on same item separately?

Since the abilities are all passive, cooldown doesn't matter.
Just choose one of the abilities above and set its cooldown to 0.00, and that's your Cooldown Group.
