Items which can boosts stats temporarily?

I need to make 3 items ( 1 for each attribute) which need to buff the unit's stats by a certain amount over a certain duration. It would help a lot if this was MUI possible.

you mean you buy it and after 5min it doesnt improve the stats anymore=>remove the item?

or do you mean a item with a spell which boosts the stats?=> gui/jass trigger

Make the item place the buff on the hero. Then make a periodic event every 0.4 seconds to pick all units with that buff that is NOT in "unitgroupitem". Place those units in the unit group, and add them attribute (by adding an ability to them). Also pick units WITHOUT the buff, and remove them from the unit group and remove attribute bonus. See what I mean?
