How do you add health to a hero using triggers? Because i want to make a spell damage and spell healing increase and i've go the damage just not the healing

Also how do you make the amount that someone has healed you display above your head?

Lastly. When you get a critical strike is that counted as using an ability? If not then please state how i could get my trigger to recognize when a hero has got a crit.

you can put negetive damage by using shift+click on the value

or

life to (current hp + additional hp)

Also how do you make the amount that someone has healed you display above your head?

trigger with floating text ---> difference from previous hp to current hp

Lastly. When you get a critical strike is that counted as using an ability? If not then please state how i could get my trigger to recognize when a hero has got a crit.

it is impossible to detect passives. the only way is to do a fully triggered crit.

Wouldn't 1 way of doing it be finding a random number between 1 and 100 and say you wanted a 25% chance then if that random number is less than 26 then it multiplies your damage by 2 and displays floating text in the colour red of the damage?

oh ok... nevermind then I'll just work on the other areas i needed help with now.

it is impossible to detect passives
If I'm not mistaken, it is possible to detect Bash, just wait until the attacked unit's health is lowered, then check if it has Stunned (Pause).

How do you give a unit a buff through triggers? (without making a unit cast anything)

Well then that's pretty stupid cause you can remove buffs with triggers but not add them..........

Whats a good way to determine if a unit is in combat or not? (Using Triggers)

I did one. You can use a real called "Event response - Damage Taken" but works only with the event "unit takes damage".

Check it's current order and the order of the units which target the unit you are talking about.

Well actually to add more detail to my question an you help me make a trigger for telling whether Warrior is in combat and if he isn't make his mana degen by random number between 5 - 10.
