How can you add hp to a unit with triggers ? . (Not Set)

but using arithmetic..

set life of unit to = life of unit + ???

ohh. I mean add to their current life like heal. but with triggers

triggers can do that.. but in %.. that is what I think..

as for flat rates.. i think create a dummy unit and heal your unit

You can do it either through percentage or flat values. I can't remember the actions' names fully, I think they are

Unit - Set life (to value)
Unit - Set life (to percentage)
