Login bar at the bottom?

Am I the only one seeing a login bar at the bottom of the screen? (it's not scrolling, it's fixed on the bottom of my screen at all times)

I see it only on TH and I have no idea where it came from xD.

I first thought it was a virus or something xD. Anyway, I read esb's thread as well and got it. Problem solved.
