Making a certain spell un-steal-able?

Is it possible that a spell (let's say, Inner Fire) un-steal-able by Spell Steal?
I tried setting it's priority to 0, but it still can be stolen (Well, it's priority anyways)

You can use a negative buff.
Maybe.

And to make a negative buff look like a postive buff just use color code on its ingame name.
