[URGENT] Making a shop only available to a certain player

How do I make a shop that is only available to a certain area?

I tried changing the owner of the shop (used trigger) and it worked, but anyone could still buy the items.

Edit the "Shop Sharing" ability to only effect player-owned units.

The Ability Editor. It's in the folder labeled as "Special".

Do I change the Targets Allowed to player owned units?

EDIT: I tried, but it didn't work.
I don't have shop sharing on my unit but:
Select Hero, Sell Items, Invulnerable (Neutral), Sell Units, Shop Purchase Item

Still doesn't work. Never mind. I found another way.
