making a slot full ?

I'm wanting to know when you create a map to let's say host online I'm wanting to know how to make a player slot grey and not able to put a person in it e.g I need onli a computer person in the slot. Plz I need help ??????

There is a certain setting:
Scenario > Player options and Force options
You put a computer player (player options) in the slot you want. Then set custom force properties ON (force options). And you're done.
