mineral node drone / scv / probe capacity?

I have created a map which only has one mineral node and one vespene gas next to the base and set the numbers at maximum for it. I have played a map that allows any number of miners to mine from it at the same time. When I try my map out, it appears only 2 or 3 are mining it even though I may have 10-20 probes.

My question is where can I set the resource field (mineral or vespene) so that it has unlimited or a higher number that can work on that node at one time?

At a guess, check "bypass resource queue" on your worker's gather ability (stats - flags).

I cannot locate "bypass resource queue". Under my Data window I looked under gather ability and (stats - flags) isn't listed. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place?

Well, here's a screenshot of what the ability "SCV Gather" looks like in my editor.
If yours looks different, try some of the brown / orange buttons at the top.
Some combination of "show default values" and "show advanced values" should give that view.
