Minimap Change

Is posible to change minimap image in game?
In game I'm making an arena
When arena starts i want it change minimap in picture ...
And when arena finish minimap will back in normall
If you have idea show me example triger how to make that

Check in the advanced > gameplay interface... that seems the most likely place.

You could try doing this using a fadefilter...
create a fadefilter, that is complete transparent except on this area, where the minimap is...
if you dont know how to do this, I think there are tutorials around here...

Allright, forget it, I had in mind, that fadefilters are all across the screen, but they arent across the interface...

naaaa there's nothing you can do trought gameplay interface or fade filters to change the minimap in-game, also, these isn't a native function to do it like ChangeMinimap( "path" ), there is only a workaround using this 2 natives:

native SetAltMinimapIcon            takes string iconPath returns nothing
native UnitSetUsesAltIcon           takes unit whichUnit, boolean flag returns nothing

with this functions you can change the icon that neutral buildings show in the minimap to whatever icon you want, althougt, the icons are 16x16 in dimension, so you will need 256 icons and dummy neutral buildings to change the whole minimap, and its VERY HARD to do, but not impossible.

I'm trying to do this and will show the results when possible

Camera - Set camera bounds

Can be used to restrict the view to some region.
Units and other stuff showing up on the minimap will scale along, but the actual minimap image will, obviously, not...
