Model Editor Error

Everytime I download Model Editor I can open it. it is saved into winzip and when i try opening it it sais
Unable to open “C:\Documents and Settings\3Ghz.3GHZ-3ECCEF6A8B\My Documents\War3ModelEditor 1\Data\SplatData.txt”
Does the same thing to Image extractor and Yobgul file converter etc. I dont know what to do plz help?
