how can i make hills? and up lvls i mean like little bumps not squarey
and how can i make the edges not like squares

You could use the raise tool if you want something that goes up smoothly and down smoothly.

It's exactly as tbj said. Use the raise tool. Not the cliff tool, the raise tool. Its icon is a smooth bump that stretches up like a hill (lower is a smooth bump that stretches down like a pit).

yeah you can Raise/lower/plataue things what that other guy said its located in the terrain palette above the size thing and below where it says apply height

You can use the raise tool (like everyone else said) and also use the smooth tool to make it look really natural and stuff.
