Move a Start Location

I was wondering if there was any way to move a start location in game. The reason is that alot of my triggers are based around it but I want my start location to be wherever my main building is. In my map you start with a builder and nothing else this way if you want to move you can, however since my start location stays a lot of my stuff will happen there instead of wherever you want to go. Any help here would be much appreciated.
