Move unit bug

I don't know why, but when a unit starts moving to the targeted point, it turns back after 5 seconds. The unit don't even get close to the targeted point.
I tried to make 2 different regions, ordered unit to move to 1 of them and then to another, after he entered the region, he moved a little to the second region and turned back to the point it was standing at the start.
I tried this

Go to Advanced - Gameplay Constants and make sure you've edited the 'Creeps - Guard ...' fields (make the values higher).
Kinda sounds like that's causing the problem.

which 1 of 3 "Creeps - Guard" Do i make higher?

Guard Distance
Guard Return Distance
GUard Return Time

it's getting more and more comfusing...
i set "Creeps - Guard Return Time" to 10000.00 secs and when the unit reachs the targeted region, the trigger starts again, again, again....
