Need help for Dummy Unit ordered to cast a customer spell

Hi can you please check what is wrong with my trigger, dummy unit should cast the spell but it's not.

Why are you using the custom script to order your unit to cast fireball?
Try using the normal "order unit - cast carrion swarm blah blah"

Also make sure your unit has mana and enough time to cast the spell.
I know it's obvious but that's why its overlooked sometimes
