Need help with summon abilities

Ok, I was just wondering, for a custom ability, what ability would i use to JUST summon X units at the heros location? I dont know any abilities that just summon them, I tried force of nature to summon the trents but that requires targeting trees. What ability would copy to make a new summoning one?

Uh, yeah. Feral Spirits, Water Elemental, Summon Bear, Summon Quillboar etc.

There are MANY summoning spells that don't require corpses or trees.

Just remember that if your summoned creature is on a timer, the timer will display the type of unit from the parent ability.

For example if you base your summoning spell of off summon bear, the summoned timer of the unit will say "Bear" which can sometimes look silly if your summoned unit was, say, a gargolye.

That can easily be changed in buff editor :shades:
