no stats!?

well i have made an item ability that gives strength/agi/int etc.
i applied these abilities to several items but when i equip the item i dont get the agility or int
what is the problem

you probably did it wrong. just edit the item ability "item hero stats bonus +2" and change it to however much stats you want and then change your item ability to "item hero stats bonus+2"

Dumbass question, but I'll ask it anyway are you trying to apply stats to a non-hero unit?

He was asking if you were giving the ITEMS to NON HERO units. Only HEROES can get additional STR/INT/AGI based items.

Is the unit taking the item a non hero unit?
What ability did you add to the item?
How did you modify it?

yeah w/e
i made an ability from object editor to apply it to an item (i want to make item stat)
a pick a HERO and when i take the item it doesnt give me the stats i put

i made abilities that give 70agi/str/int movement speed atk speed
the only thing that worked about stats was the ability that gives 15 to all stats
