Well I dont know much in ROC but I have a lot in FTF.
Start with the hero Shadow Shaman
Have 2 grunts
instantly kill some low leveled creeps while continuing the production of more grunts
About 4 grunts in a team is enough
then add some troll headhunters in the team
Keep on killing creeps and making epansions
its better if you have an early expansion
After having tier 2
create some kodo beast about 2 of them
then upgrade your troll headhunters to troll berserkers
have some little shamans on the group
Upgrade to tier 3 as much as possible to obtain
some blood lust but have another hero maybe far seer first
then make some about 3 raiders upgrade you pillage
make sure as early as possible you have the greatest artifact in the map
keep all upgrades running and make sure not to stop upgrading useful things
for the third hero, well it depends on you the Chieftain or the Blademaster
for me I will take the chiftain and have the shockwave to easily clear up the enemies
also have some witch doctors and healing wards 2 of those units is enough
you dont need too much air units at all, and some taurens and spirit walkers would help
you could stay in the battlefield longer with those 2.
Bloodlust is useful so keep it, you may want to have a few purgers, Troll Witches are good for Sentry Ward and invisibility detection
Try not to overuse Watch Towers, because they provide early game defence.
Wyverns are good scouters and are somewhat strong.
Expansions should consist of about 2 Watch Towers and 1 Orc Burrow, Try to position the Towers so they can't destroy the Great Hall, and Orc Burrows so the peons can get in easily.
If you use Headhunters and other ranged units, you should focus fire on hero to get them running or on weak spellcasters and the like.
Crandall4925, I don't play much ROC, so the best advice literally that I can give you is that you really should consider getting the expansion. It is leagues better. The added heroes rock, as well as the new units, upgrades, etc. the extra content is well worth the price tag and it creates a better and more diverse gaming experience.
I was wondering if you could be more specific as to what kind strategies you are looking for? The above strategies are more of just a build order vs. an actually strategy, however they may be enough to get you started depending on you current playing level. If they help you out that is great, but please take note that such diversification in your army does not work in all instances. It is good for 1 vs. 1 or in a FFA, where the only diversification you'll be seeing is from your army, beyond that these would prove foolhardy recommendations.
What type of games are you looking for strategy in: e.i - 1 vs. 1, 2 vs. 2, 3 vs. 3, 4 vs. 4, FFA, all of them, or some other...and are you playing in ladder, custom, etc?
Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.
@tom_mai78101 I must be blind. If I go on my profile I don't see any area to edit the signature; If I go to account details (settings) I don't see any signature area either.
You can get there if you click the bell icon (alerts) and choose preferences from the bottom, signature will be in the menu on the left there https://www.thehelper.net/account/preferences
I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work
So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man
I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.
Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
