Psi storm modle

Okay so I have a new hero and I want him to have an ability like psionic storm. So I coppied all necessary objects, moddedthe damage like I wanted and cast range, when I launch my map I get my ability when I clik it I get no (spell circle) thing. Like a circle that shows where the ability will be cast, (although units in side this invisible circle get the lil target on them properly to indicate they would be hit in that area). And when I cast the ability the buff would appear on the affected units and they would take the approprite amount of damage but no electricity cloud would appear
...I want a giant electricity cloud.

Have you checked all actors related to psi storm?

Yeah I think so. Were would I tie each one in o theability? In witch bhavior/effect or the ability itself and In witch field.

It should be the create persistent effect. I haven't got GE handy so I can't check, sorry.
