Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie Bars
This Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie Bars recipe makes a lucious, decadent and delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 9 x 9 in baking pan
- Parchment paper
- Medium bowl
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Medium bowl
Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and melted butter and mix well
- Press mixture into the bottom of the pan
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden
- Let cool slightly
- Spread raspberry jam over the cooled crust
- Top with fresh raspberries and chocolate chips
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl
- Cut in the butter until coarse crumbs form
- Sprinkle over the filling
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly
- Cool completely before cutting into bars
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Cooking Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 50 minutes

- Servings: 12 bars
