White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake
This White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake recipe creates a luxurious cheesecake dessert that promises to dazzle your guests with its rich flavors and beautiful presentation.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 9-inch springform pan
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or thawed if frozen)
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Optional: white chocolate shavings
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter
- Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill
- Simmer blueberries until juicy, blend until smooth, and strain and set aside
- Melt white chocolate with cream and set aside
- Beat cream cheese and sugar then add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and white chocolate
- Assemble by layering filling and blueberry sauce in the crust, swirling for a marbled look
- Bake at 325 F for 50-60 minutes
- Cool in the oven to prevent cracks.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with blueberries and chocolate shavings
