Ok So i searched most of these online and came up empty handed... so im going to post some names and can some people tell me what I need to keep and what I dont need...

-C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folder\pkmres.dll (there are atleast 30 of these ones all with different numbers either before the pkmres or after the dll... (i.e. .dll,-12450)

-C:\Windows\System32\CMMGR32.exe (There are a few of these with different numbers and symobls are the .exe)

-Complusmetadata.MscorHost (again lots of symolbs...)

-Inprocserver\C:\ (with lots of different things after it ranging from windows to docs and settings...)

-Keyhole.kh (again lots of weird things after this...)

-Labview (again lots of weird things after this...)

-mapifvbx.object (again lots of weird things after this...)

You can use this excellent regcleaner with little or no trouble:

It's always updated to detect new "regtrash".

You know. CCleaner is also very good (came highly recommended from 56k, lol)

Also has a disk cleaner as well as a regestry cleaner
