replace item

haven't been here in awhile..

i'm looking for a good way to replace items.
similar to the unit - replace unit effect, i'm trying to replace an item...

google just gives me WoW stuff...

any help would be appreciated.

Set a point at the position of the item you want to replace, then remove it and create a new item at that point. Remember to remove the leak by using Custom Script: call RemoveLocation(udg_point)

yea i figured it out basically right before you replied.

also, if anyones curious about staying leek free you can do this:
set varPoint = position of [item]
remove [item] create [item] at varPoint

no script required!

That leaks as far as I know. You'd have to do this to remove it:
call RemoveLocation(udg_varPoint)

I'm pretty sure it leaks but I may be wrong.

I tested it with a Leak Checker so I'm pretty sure it's clean.
