Replace trigger help

Hi, i need some help with a repalce trigger when one unit casts a spell on another unit they switch places. My problem is that caster unit just moves to target unit! What have i done wrong ?

    Conditions
        (Ability being cast) Equal to Replace 
    Actions
        Set Caster_Replace = (Position of (Casting unit))
        Set Target_Replace = (Position of (Target unit of ability being cast))
        Wait 0.01 seconds
        Unit - Move (Casting unit) instantly to Target_Replace
        Unit - Move (Target unit of ability being cast) instantly to Caster_Replace

        Custom script:   call RemoveLocation (udg_triggerer_pos)

That should work.
