Shield absorb/ graphic missile

Well i wanna make a shield that absorbs # amount of damage, when that limit of damage is reached the shield disapears, and if not the shield disappears on # time, i tried with some triggers taken from wow warsong map, but it doesnt works, any idea on how i can do it? and another question, i used some skills that doesnt use missiles on skills that i want to add a missile graphic, is any way to make appear a missile?

Seach for 'Aphotic Shield' from DotA in the Spell Section, I'm sure someone has made it before.

No, you can't.
For example, you cannot give Chain Lightning a missile, or Bloodlust a missile.
However, you can use Sphere, using Sphere will launch a SFX from caster to target, making it nearly missile-like.
