Then I share full control of my units it will show the Team Resources on that player throw a multiboard, do you know if you can make it available all the time?

EDIT: Or how do you hide a multibord for another player?

I think you'd have to make the multiboard like any other, I don't think there's a special option for turning on that specific multiboard.

In order to hide/show certain multiboards for certain players I believe you have to use JASS (or custom scripts or something, not good on the specifics).
