Spell idea for "Spell Breaker"

I need 2 spell for an hero that is named "Stealer" -one that does dmg and an- aura
until now I've made 2 spells
First "Spell Steal" -if an hero cast an spell near Stealer it will gain the ability to use that skill for 8 sec [can cast the ability twice if the cooldown of the stealed spell is small enough [3 or 4 sec]
Second "Appearance Steal" -it will change into an unit of the same type with the target for 250 seconds ... after this the Stealer will lose 1/2 of current health and mana

now i need 2 more spells that will suits this kind of hero "thanks anticipated"

Name: Magic Void
Type: Aura
Everytime a nearby enemy unit casts a spell the Stealer will drain some mana from that unit and add it to his own mana pool.

Name: ??
Type: Aura
Every time a friendly unit nearby casts a spell the Stealer will feed on that and thus can heal a fraction of his life.

Name: Feedback
Type: Single-target
Will inflict a certain amount of damage. Every buff the target has on himself will inflict bonus damage.

or

Name: Muffle
Type: Single-target
Target cannot cast any spells anymore and gets damaged over time (like Soul Burn).

Name: Spirit Link
Type: Single-target
Puts a curse on the target unit. Every time the Stealer gets damaged a part of the damage will be inflicted on the target. The closer the target is to the Stealer the more damage he will receive.

Hope there's something you can use or which gives you a nice idea.

Name: Form Replicator
Type: Active
Description: Replicates a weaker form of yourself that deals 50% damage and receives 150% damage. This form lasts for 30 seconds. Whenever anyone casts a spell near the Replicated form, the form gains 25% damage and receives 25% lesser damage. When the replicated form dies, the extra bonus goes to the spell breaker. Lasts for 30 seconds when on Spell Breaker. When on the Replicated form, it lasts till he dies.
Clarification: A spell that can be good when cast on time. If 3 units casts a spell near the replicated form, he gains 75% damage and receives 75% lesser damage. When the replicated form dies, the bonus is base on how many % - 100% which is (50% + 75%) - 100%. Hence, the spell breaker gains 25% more damage at the end. IF, only 1 unit casts a spell near the replicated form. The total output for spell breaker is (50% + 25%) - 100%. The final value is a negative value of 25%. Hence, the spell breaker's damage is minus by 25%

Name: Negate
Type: Active
Description: The spell breaker temporaily destroys a target's spell capabilities. Whenever the target casts a spell while under Negate, he will permanently lose his spell capabilties.
Clarification: Decreases maybe abit of his mana and intel of the target for a short while till the Negate is gone. And if he casts a spell under Negation, it will permantly destroy abit of his mana and intel.
