Spell Request - Death Mastery

Hi. I need help with a spell. It's a passive ability that gives the ability to create one/one/two/two skeletons each 8/7/6/5 times the hero is hit. Maximum of 4/5/6/7 skeletons. If The Death Cultist has maximum skeletons risen each 8/7/6/5 times he is hit he deals 75/100/125/150 AoE around him. It looks a little complicated to me to trigger it out, so I would appreciate some help. Thanks in advance and good luck!

Do you want it in GUI or JASS?
And MUI or not?
- MPI?

I would want it GUI so it could be easier to me to modify it in advance.

Whatever is better, I happen to have forgotten what those abbreviations mean

MUI is Multi Unit Instanceable - All units.
MPI is Multi Player Instanceable - 1 unit per player.
otherwise it can only be used for 1 unit.
I can't really think of a way of making this MUI right now - might have an idea for JASS buut :O MPI I can do in GUI.

Ohh sorry, this will have to use a damage detection system, I only know of one in JASS...
