Status update:

-Got the blizzard circle marker in place.
-Fixed a bug I did not fix earlier.
-Fixed the targeting unit/target point
-Implemented bash damage and drag damage (of attack type spell and damage type normal....tell me if you want that changed)
-Fixed the distance of the bash
-Disabled the bash dust actions

I'm trying to get the casting unit to be paused for the duration of the spell instead of a fixed 10 seconds...but for now that has bugs in it.
