If I have 2 dummy spells based off of the same ability and they are cast on the same target will one of the spells be canceled? Also will the effect of the spell or the buff be canceled or both? (Read further for more detailed explanation)
So I have 2 spells that are using a dummy unit to cast dummy spells.
Both dummy spells are based off of slow. (I am only using slow for an example. You can insert any dot, stun ect. for slow)
Both spells have different buffs.
Spell 1 slows by 20 for 10 sec.
Spell 2 slows by 10 for 10 sec.
If I cast Spell 1 and then 5 sec later I cast spell 2 on the same target what will happen. Buff from Spell 1 will disappear? Will the slow effects stack with each other for the 5 sec overlap? Will it pick one spell to stay active and cancel the effects and buff of the other spell?
I hope that I have explained this well. Thank you in advance for any input you have on this subject.
