Hello, I want to make a spell "Explosion Arrow"

Explosion Arrow - deals 40/60/80 and reduces armor by 4/6/8. [Single Target]
What spell should i base this spell?
and does Storm Bolt with 0.01 stun duration, have a stun buff?
About the armor reducing, can i make a "item ability armor bonus" <--- Shift + double click then set the armor to -4/-6/-8 then put in the trigger :

• Unit - Add MinusArmor to (Target unit of ability being cast)
