How do I made a Naga race or Draenei race as there is only Human, orc, undead, nightelf and selectable race and can i actually disable start points?

Well, the game must start somewhere... that somewhere are the start locations.

I guess you want to remove the "melee - create starting units for all players" action.

Do what ace hart said then add these triggers:

Melee Initialization
    Events
        Time - Elapsed game time is 0.25 seconds
    Conditions
    Actions
        Unit - Create 1 <Your Base> for Player 1 (Red) at (Player 1 (Red) start location) facing Default building facing degrees
        Unit - Create 5 <Your Worker> for Player 1 (Red) at (Player 1 (Red) start location) facing Default building facing degrees

this time when i did what you guys told me to do...it showed 2 towns...one of it is possibly the starting town and one is triggered town

Remove the "time - elapsed ..." event.

If you are wondering why, with those events is will run once at Map Initialization, and again at .25 seconds after the game has started.
